Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla and whisk to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Top with blueberries before serving.
