INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla and whisk to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with blueberries before serving.
